3D PRINTING PROCESS
CASTING PRODUCTION SYSTEM
The casting production
system of 3D printing selectively sinters binder via laser to paper-thin layers
for printing. As
the system produces
mold parts through a direct layering method from CAD data, it does not need the
mold boxes required to produce molds or cores. Also, it can produce various sizes
and geometrically complex designs that traditional casting systems could not. This process can shorten the production time
by rapidly producing precise and uniform cores and molds.
As a casting technology specialist, our company can swiftly manufacture
the molds or cores with different sizes or complicated structures required by
diverse industries.
We are providing our global clients with mold services through our
service centers equipped with all the required facilities and equipment and
located throughout America, Europe, and Asia.
COMBINED PROCESSING MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
Our
Metel 3D printer is utilizing the Powder Bed Fusion layering method of the SLS
technology. This method selectively beams
a laser onto metal powder spread on a bed for sintering, and
then repeats the powder recoating process 10 times for layering.
After
the Milling metal processing procedure using the CNC Machining Center, the
whole process is repeated several times. Considering the diverse applications
of the SLS technology, the availability of extensive material strength, and
the precision of the CNC Machining, our printer is expected to become very
popular in industrial fields and to contribute to the
distribution of high-value 3D printers.

3D Printing Process System
South Korea’s 1st commercialization of
SLS/SLM-method 3D printers through the CNC control technology for over 3
decades, and the system integration technology.
Since its development of CNC for the first time in 1984 in South Korea,
our company has been greatly contributing to the innovation and development of
diverse machines. Besides machine tools and industrial machines, our company is also interested in educating future specialists. As recognized for our
high reliability and technology by our local and overseas customers, we have
grown as a CNC specialist.
After studying on the recently rising
3D printer technology and then developing CNC for metal 3D printers, we are
currently developing industrial 3D printers.
We have finished developing 3D printers for casting, and we will develop
combined-processing-type Milling 3D printers for plastic and metals applicable
to the motor, aviation, generator, medical, and defense industries.
